Our Heritage

Established in early 1990, the Royal Property Group was founded by Mr. Angelo Fernandus. Soon after returning to Batam, he was entrusted with a plot of land by his father, Mr. Ang Toean Sia to develop. Mr. Angelo Fernandus promptly broke ground on his first successful project. This first project would later be known as Ruko Pulau Lestari, developed under the company banner that would later be known as the Royal Property Group.

Drawn by prospect and opportunity of developing the island of Batam as an empty canvas, the success that followed from his first project in turn pulled him deeper into the real estate development industry. Fascinated with and having a keen sense for architecture from a young age, Mr. Angelo Fernandus had aspired to become an architect.

Despite his success and experience pioneering a well-known real estate development company, architecture still holds the key to his heart. This sincere admiration for architecture is clearly evident in every project undertaken by the Royal Property Group.
